United States of America Snowboard Association

The USASA is proud to be able to represent the recreational and competitive interests of amateur snowboarding in the United States. Our goal is to promote Safe, Fair, & FUN events while fostering a competitive spirit in the snowboard athletes.
Snowboarding was accepted by the International Olympic Committee as a full medal sport for the 1998 Games in Japan. The 2002 Winter Olympic Games were held in Salt Lake City, Utah. The athletes who swept the snowboarding events for the USA all got their start in the USASA.
