The Allergy/Asthma Information Association (AAIA) is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to helping allergic individuals and their families cope with everything from the sniffles and sneezes of hayfever to life-threatening food allergies and asthma.
AAIA was founded as a voluntary organization in 1964 by concerned parents of allergic children who were determined to get labelling on foods.
Allergies and asthma are the most prevalent of all chronic diseases. They affect millions of people every day. Although some allergies are more dangerous than others, allergies and asthma pose challenges to those who must deal with them.
We help people find the most effective and practical ways to tackle their allergy and asthma concerns.
