Road riding is the most accessible form of bike riding there is. If you want to get out for some exercise, grab your bike and go for a ride. Of course the purest form of road riding is the skinny tire road bike riding, spandex wearing, leg shaving, go fast all the time person but you don't have to be that to do this (road ride)!
