Ed Kranepool (born November 8, 1944 in New York City) is a former Major League Baseball first baseman who played for the New York Mets between 1962 and 1979. He holds many Mets career batting records, including games played (1853), at-bats (5436), hits (1418), doubles (225), and total bases (2047).

Kranepool was inducted into the New York Mets Hall of Fame in 1990.
