Wrist Curls (Behind Back Standing)

Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

forearm flexors

Description:

1) place feet shoulder width apart with arms extended behind you
2) grasp the barbell that is behind you with your palms facing away from you

Techinque:

1) slowly lift the barbell using only the upward movement of your forearms
2) once fully extended, hold for a few seconds and return wrists to original position
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
