Wrist Curls

Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

forearm flexors

Description:

1) sit at the end of a bench with your feet less then shoulder length apart
2) grasp the barbell at the end of your fingers with your palms facing upwards and forearms resting on your lower thigh

Techinque:

1) using only wrist rotation, curl the barbell upwards
2) hold for a few seconds then return to the original position
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
