Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)
Primary Muscles Exercised:
outer and medial heads of triceps
Description:
1) place your hands, palms facing downwards on one bench with ankles up on the other bench
2) your feet should be shoulder width apart
3) extend your arms fully downwards while being sure not to lock your elbows
4) your legs should be parallel with the ground
Techinque:
1) slowly lower yourself by only bending your elbows until you cannot lower any longer comfortably
2) hold for a few seconds and return to your parallel to the floor position
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
