Description:
1) stand with your feel shoulder width apart, back straight and with a slight bend at the knees
2) grab two dumbbells with an overhand grip (palms facing your body) and slowly bend at the hip until your back is parallel with the floor
Techinque:
1) raise dumbbells on both sides of your body in an arc like fashion until both arms are parallel with the ground, hold for a few seconds
2) return dumbbells to its original position using an arc like motion, be sure not to lock your elbows
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
