Description:
1) Place the bar behind your back, holding the weight on your trapezius muscles
2) with a slight knee bed, position your feet either in a short or long stance
3) place your hands under the bar for support and balance of weight
Techinque:
1) bend your knees with the weight on your back until you achieve a 90 degreee angle and push back up
2) slowly breath out as you descent, breath in while going back up
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
