anterior deltoids
Description:
1) while seated at the bench, grab two dumbbells with an overhand grip (palms facing your body)
2) keep your back straight and your feet wide enough to support your body comfortably
3) turn your palms until they are facing forward with your elbows at a 90 degree angle
Techinque:
1) raise dumbbells directly upwards until both your arms are fully extended (do not lock your elbows) and hold for a few seconds
2) return dumbbells to its original position with your elbows at a 90 degree angle
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
