Description:

1) use a partner or a foot anchor to hold your feet down while laying flat on your
2) place your hands either on your waist, across your chest or as illustrated reaching out

Techinque:

1) bring your upper body up towards your knees in about a 45 degree angle
2) slowly while twisting your upper body, move from side to side
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
