Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)
Primary Muscles Exercised:
All triceps heads
Description:
1) attach the rope accessory in the bottom position of the pulley machine
2) your back should be facing the machine
3) place one foot ahead of the other and be sure to stabilize yourself well
4) grab the rope behind your neck with both palms facing one another
Techinque:
1) slowly extend your arms above your head, do not lock your elbows when fully extended
2) hold for a few seconds and return rope to the original position behind your head
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
