Description:
1) grasp a dumbbell with your right hand with an overhand grip (palms facing your body)
2) put your left knee on a flat bench and your right foot flat on the floor with a slight bend at the knee
3) bend forward so that your back is parallel with the bench and fully extend your arm holding the dumbbell under you
Techinque:
1) using only your arms and keeping your elbows in, pull the dumbbell towards your chest
2) hold position for a few seconds and return bar to its original position
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
4) repeat with opposite position
