| Exercise Type:
Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)
Primary Muscles Exercised:
outer and medial heads of triceps
Description:
1) attach the loop accessory in the top position of the pulley machine
2) grab the loop accessory with an underhand grip (palms facing downwards)
3) your feet should be shoulder width apart
4) extend your arm fully downwards while being sure not to lock your elbows
Techinque:
1) slowly allow the cable to bring your arm back so your elbow is bent a little over 90 degrees
2) hold for a few seconds and extend your arm down once more
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
4) switch hands and repeat same procedures
