Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

rectus abdominis (upper part)

Description:

1) place pad across your chest while sitting at the machine
2) place your hands over the pad for extra support

Techinque:

1) bend at the hip until your abdominals are at their
maximum contraction
2) slowly breath out as you contract, breath in while going back
3) make sure not to drop the weight on your return movement
4) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
