Vastus lateralis
Vastus intermedius
Vastus medialis
Rectus femoris

Description:

1) put your back against the back pad while getting into a comfortable seating position
2) place your feet up against the platform about shoulder width apart
3) grab the handles and release the weight

Techinque:

1) slowly bend your knees until they are almost into your chest
2) hold the lowered position for a few seconds before slowly going back up
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
