Rectus abdominis (mostly lower part)

Description:

1) while sitting at the edge of a flat bench, lead back about 45 degrees with your hands behind you for support
2) straighten out your legs

Techinque:

1) bring your knees in towards your chest then straighten out your legs
2) slowly breath out as you contract, breath in while going back
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
