Vastus lateralis
Vastus intermedius
Vastus medialis
Gluteals
Rectus femeris

Description:

1) firmly place your back agains the back pad and rest your shoulders onto the shoulder pads, make sure your position is very secure
2) place your feet under you shoulder width apart

Techinque:

1) slowly bend at the knees until your knees are at a 90 degree angle
2) hold the lowered position for a few seconds before slowly going back up
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
