Forearm Wrist Roller

Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

forearm flexors

Description:

1) place feet shoulder width apart with arms extended ahead of you
2) grasp the accessory with both palms facing down

Techinque:

1) slowly roll up the accessory using only wrist movement
2) once fully rolled, hold for a few seconds and unroll the accessory until it is back to the original position
3) repeat procedure until you have achieved your desired amount of repetition
