Decline Triceps Extension

Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

outer and medial heads of triceps

Description:

1) lean back onto the declined bench with your ankles comfortably under the ankle pads
2) the barbell should be a little past your forehead
3) grab the bar with your palms facing upwards, shoulder width apart
4) extend your arms fully while being sure not to lock your elbows

Techinque:

1) slowly lower the barbell down to your forehead
2) return barbell to its original position
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
