| Exercise Type:
Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)
Primary Muscles Exercised:
Outer and medial heads of triceps
Description:
1) grasp a cable with a loop attachment, palm facing down
2) lean against something to support your upper body as you bend slightly over
3) support yourself with the hand not holding grasping the loop attachment
4) put one foot ahead of the other
5) loop attachment should be close to the side of your chest
Techinque:
1) slowly kickback with the arm holding the loop attachment until your arm is fully extended
2) hold for a few seconds then return to the original position
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
4) reverse position to exercise the other tricep
