Exercise Type:

Anaerobic Exercise (strength training)

Primary Muscles Exercised:

pectoralis major (lower and midchest)
anterior deltoids

Description:

1) grasp cables on both sides with an overhand grip (palms facing your body)
2) put one leg slightly forward and keep a should length stance
3) slightly bend your elbows and keep your back straight

Techinque:

1) move your hands towards one another in an arcing motion until they meet a few inches in front of your hips
2) hold the peak position for a few seconds then return your arms to their original position
3) repeat until you have done your desired number of reps
