Description:
1) secure yourself to the back extension machine with your ankles underneath the small pads provided and your thighs resting on the front pads (you should be facing the ground)
2) cross your hands behind your head and keep your legs straight during the entire exercise
Techinque:
1) while keeping your back straight (bend at the hip only), lower your upper body until you feel comfortably stretched and hold for a few seconds
2) bring your upper body back to its original position
3) repeat until you have completed your desired number of repetitions
